(OTCBB: NBRI, WKN: A0N DBC) ("North Bay" oder das "Unternehmen") freut sich bekanntzugeben, dass man sich auf ein Jointventure mit Devlin´s Bench Mining Ltd. und P. Wright Contracting Ltd. (PWC) über das zu 100% dem Unternehmen gehörende Monte Cristo Projekt geeinigt hat.
