SUNEX ENERGY CORP (SolRwind, is an emerging North American Energy service provider, had been advised earlier in the May that it will be awarded a grant in the amount of $300,000 USD from the State of Illinois to assist its efforts in the Alternative Energy Industry.
This grant is in recognition for SolRwinds efforts in the Solar Industry and more particular in response for its recent success in negotiating a Power Purchase Agreement for the Companys first Solar Farm to be built in the State of Illinois. On May 21, 2012 Solrwind executed the documentation for the Grant and has forwarded it on to the State of Illinois for final signature and expects that it will be executed next week.
With the finalization of this Grant Solrwind now qualifies for a variety of Government incentives that will provide matching funds for its initial Solar Farm to be constructed in the State of Illinois in 2012. These incentives amount to nearly $2,000,000 in funding.
